This 30 minute presentation will summarize what an Energy Auditor looks for, how they test/inspect houses and the recommendations they make for improvements. It will also cover the rebates which Xcel Energy provides for audit services – discounting 60% of the cost of the audit to the homeowner- as well as cash rebates once improvements are made. Finally, we will be reviewing the individual rebate programs in comparison to the Home Performance with ENERGY STAR program. This presentation will teach you the benefits and steps of promoting Energy Audits to your clients.
